Matching a suitable host family, communicating regarding the application, organizing accommodation, drafting the tripartite agreement, and supporting the guest throughout their stay.

4. Retention Period and Data Localization

All personal data is collected, recorded, and stored strictly within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on secure local servers. The retention period is one year from the end of the accommodation period. Upon expiry of this period, the data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted, unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Consent to the Processing of Medical Data

Information regarding allergies falls under the special (sensitive) category of personal data (Article 24 of the RK Law). By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user provides their explicit, conscious, and unconditional consent to the processing of these medical details. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of safe host family matching (taking into account household pets, food intolerances, and specific dietary preferences).
